All residents have their own bedroom but share kitchen, bathroom and other facilities. There are two shared houses each accommodating up to 6 people. Garden Nursery and Caravan Touring Park In addition to the housing and support service there is also a Caravan Club registered site for a small number of touring caravans. Glen Carne also provides a working Garden Nursery which provides a selection of plants, shrubs and hanging baskets to the public. The nursery also includes a café/coffee-shop which provides lunches and a selection of drinks to visitors. The Garden Nursery and students entered the 2008 Royal Cornwall Show in which the garden display was awarded "Best Novice Exhibitor".
